The UWC-NCTL is a voluntary work and is entirely comprised of Timorese UWC alumni who are residing in Timor-Leste. The structure of the committee is defined by its constitutions and will vary periodically. The size of the committee is expected to grow as many of the alumni have returned to the country. As the organization will expand in the future, the committee will also invite members outside of the UWC community to join the committee.
