Eligibility Criteria: 

• A Timorese citizen
• Twelfth grade student or graduated (a first-time applicant for the scholarship process) from any Senior High School in Timor-Leste;
• Age between 16 and 19 years old by the time commencing study at UWC (August 31, 2024);
• Have studied for, at least, the past two (2) years in Timor-Leste; and 
• Possess leadership skills and actively involved in community services.
